Crafted with careful consideration, our classic candied fruit panettone is the traditional flavour eaten in Italy. Our panettone dough is layered with raisins and homemade candied orange, lemon, and cedro lemon peel.
This traditional Italian dessert combines the moistness of a cake with the texture of a particularly delicate bread. Soft and fluffy on the inside and a sugar-coated crust on the outside, it's hard to imagine anything better.
Ingredients: flour (wheat), water, sugar, egg yolk, butter, honey, salt, raisins, candied lemon, candied orange, almond sugar glaze (almond flour, sugar, egg whites, potato starch, glucose syrup). Contains wheat, gluten, dairy.
