Our limited edition flavour of the season! Our Pear & Chocolate panettone combines our traditional panettone dough with candied pear, dark chocolate chips, and is topped with a chocolate almond sugar glaze.
This traditional Italian dessert combines the moistness of a cake with the texture of a particularly delicate bread. Soft and fluffy on the inside and a sugar-coated crust on the outside, it's hard to imagine anything better.
Ingredients: flour (wheat), water, sugar, egg yolk, butter, honey, pear, dark chocolate, salt, chocolate almond sugar glaze (cocoa, almond flour, sugar, egg whites, potato starch, glucose syrup). Contains wheat, gluten, dairy.
